First win of the Season
Posted on October 13, 2009 1:37 PMIn what turned out to be a even more spectacular weekend the Kings finished the weekend with a big statement Win. Hats off to all of the players for stepping up when Jeff went down with a minor injury. Jeff is a warrior and will be back in action very soon with an even greater desire to win for the Kings fans.
A great performance for the team all around but a special round of recognition goes out to Mac, George, Bryan, Shige, Tsubasa, Yosuke and Taketo for battling to the end in both games and always having the never give up attitude.
Also to guys on the bench on Sunday like Jeff, Yoshiki and Yasu who were cheering on the players on the court and helping the coaching staff remind the players of the little things they need to do to win the game like rebounding, blocking out and attacking the basket.
