Two wins over Takamatsu
Posted on January 8, 2009 11:00 AMOur dominance over the Western Conference continues as we took two games against Takamatsu this past weekend.
Saturday's game started out slow but picked up in the 3 period as we took a lead and never let them get any closer than 3 points and pulled out the victory 86 - 79.
Naoto had a solid game with 21 points, 6 assists and 6 steals.Jeff finished with 16 points and 17 boards.
Sunday was a little more difficult as we fell behind 26 - 14 after the first period and then only gave up 43 points the rest of the game showing an impressive defense effort. On a day where we could not find the basket and shot around 40 percent from the field it was the defense that won the game for us.
Chris finished the game with 25 points and Mac stepped up and had a 14 point,15 rebound and 7 Assist performance.
We we pulled out the game with a 73 - 69 victory.
