Two wins over Oita

As another great weekend in Kings Basketball comes to a end as we have started the season 6 - 0 and we continue to play good team basketball.

Saturday's game started with us taking a commanding lead into half-time at 49 - 32. We came out and played an excellent 3rd period outscoring Oita 25 - 14 in that period and finished out the game 90 - 65.
Anthony "Mac" McHenry was chosen MVP of the game with 32 points,8 Assist and 4 block shots. Great job Mac!

Sunday's game was a little tighter with us leading by only 40 - 30 at half-time and we came out and closed out the game with a much better 3rd and 4th period by outscoring Oita by 5 and 7 points respectively and finished the game out with a 86 - 64 win.
Shige was awarded MVP of the game by playing an almost perfect game. Jeff finished with 16 points, 16 rebounds and 4 block shots. Mac also had 20, Naoto had 6 assist and 10 Rebounds.

Thanks to all of the fans who continue to come out and support us and cheer us on. The support has been great!

Now we have to prepare for Takamatsu as we go there for two games this weekend.
